Lone Oak Ranch is a sustainable project. Designed for a socially active couple who are leading a very enlightened lifestyle. They desired a space that refelected their new path in life. This project is an example of ArchiCAD15 proficiency with rendering and perspectives as well as importing objects. Presentation done with MicroSoft Office Publisher.

Kohler Residence is home to a young modern couple, who enjoy entertaining. They are both employed in the arts field and required an office separate from the home. This project is an example of ArchiCAD15 proficiency.

Residential: Interior Design project. Bedroom and Sitting Room. Floor plans with all necessary features and focal points to visualize client space to scale for proper selection of furniture and finishes. Bed by Century Furniture , Seating by Caracole Furniture. This project is an example of Smithe's proprietary software called OmniPlanner.
